DSV has established a Claims Handling Centre (CHC) to standardise our claims handling and services.
If your goods are not insured by DSV, please report your liability claims to our Claims Handling Centre.
A claim should be reported as soon as you have been made aware of the damages/loss and no later than 7 days from delivery date.
Claims are reported online.
Please include the following information when you report the claim:
- Liability letter including your financial claim
- Commercial invoice
- Delivery note (CMR, B/L & AWB) with signature
- DSV Consignment number (can be found on the delivery note or B/L)

If your goods are insured through DSV Insurance, please report claims to your local DSV office as per the usual procedure.
