We at The Body Shop International plc have found the e-services solution offered by DSV to be an excellent tool in terms of improving administrative efficiency within our shipping team whilst giving our end customers, both Company stores and those owned by Franchisees, greatly enhanced visibility whilst the goods are in transit. Since originally trialling this facility on one trade route we have now extended to all European 'direct to store' operations undertaken by DSV on our behalf
