Claims Handling

DSV has established a Claims Handling Centre (CHC) to standardise our claims handling and services.

A claim should be reported to our Claims Handling Centre as soon as you have been made aware of the damages/loss and no later than 7 days from delivery date.

Claims are reported online.

Please include the following information when you report the claim:

  • Liability letter including your financial claim
  • Commercial invoice
  • Pictures
  • Delivery note (CMR, B/L & AWB) with signature
  • DSV Consignment number (can be found on the delivery note or B/L)
